Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best well-known for her powerful but weak characters. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was the playwright and writer Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City 1990. The actress immediately started performing on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her roles on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
